2 1/2 hrs. of cardio alright? pleasee help me!?

yeah it looks like you're on the right track to losing weight. Eating healthy and exercising will definitely work. You might want to change up you routines though because your body will get used to them. Try running, cycling, or elliptical. Change it up a little. Also are you going to eat those same foods everyday? You'll get sick of them.
