Selling Candy with Alcohol In It?

Does anybody know the rules/laws in Ohio as far as making homemade and/or selling candy/cookies that have minimal amounts of alcohol in them? The total alcohol in these candies would be quite insignificant, but it is in there. Has anybody firsthand knowledge of what rules/laws are? Thanks!
