Can someone help me evolve my Haunter in pokemon Soul Silver?

I dont have two DS's so, i either need a way to evolve it with just my DS. Because I do have other pokemon's that have with wifi trade. so is there a way to trade it somehow with one of the other games using only my one DS? If not, could someone trade it back for me?
