Do Muslim men in Afghanistan, Iraq, etc perform acts on young boys?

a guy at work came back from Afghanistan recently. what he told me makes me think these people are the absolute lowest s of savage animal life on this planet. in Afghanistan, "women are for procreation, young boys are for pleasure." is afghan culture really this disgusting?
