Can I have an autumn wedding in March?!?

Yesterday I found out that do to cirstances beyond my control, I can't have my wedding this October! :( I, of course, want to have it asap (I've been engaged for 2 years!). So, the new date is in March 2010. I have already purchased tons of fall foliage, amber votives, fall colored wreaths, I've collected plenty of pine cones in various sizes, and my bridesmaids have their brown dresses with cute matching jackets. I'm also in love with the sort of "rustic elegance" look with all the orange, browns, and golds. Could I still have my autumn wedding in the spring? I realize I CAN...but should I? Does anyone have suggestions to help the theme work in March?
