Can anyone else hear the sound of Wedding Bells?

Heteroual couples may marry there in the beautiful Chapel of St. Mary but not s. Therefore he will propose that Speakers House with its fantastic backdrop of the Thames be used for civil partnership weddings. Brown never does anything without a reason or a prod - wonder if Milly Molly Mandelson is going to tie the knot? Would this have the same affect on the country as a Royal Wedding do you think and give Labour a boost in the polls?
