Do you know this song? plz help?

The song was made back in the 90's. And the music sounds like the song not another sunday. there is a women singing in spanish and in english and a guy sings that sounds like shaggy. I heard it about 12 years ago. I think some of the lyrics said senorita, bonita, now can we work it out. plz help.
