Help..........my younger brother is a bum & common thief!!!!!!?

My brother is a couple of years younger than me & although when we were kids, we didnt get along, we have recently forged an ideal sibling relationship, so I thought until recently. I have done nothing but support my brother thru his trials & tribulations including financial difficulties, which he does not appreciate & sees everyone as owing him something. Recently, I caught him rummaging through my handbag, trying to steal from me and I politely asked him to leave. He has stolen from me in the past, though I had no solid proof-I know its him, because when stuff goes missing, hes the only 1 around at the time. He has a kid, who he does not support, hes constantly on a downa, smokes weed excessively, has poor hygeine, lives like a vagrant, has 2 bitches & cannot be helped. I cannot understand his mentality & he likes 2 portray himself as a "Cardboard Gangsta", which I find irritating. The guy clearly has a multitude of deeprooted issues & I cant help him no more.
