How shall I get a guy to notice me <3?

So, i like this guy and he doesnt notice me. Sound familiar? Because everyone asks for help on this, and i would REALLY appreciate it if you helped me. So i do gym and theres this hot guy and he does tumbling. Our break times and starting and ending times are different and I cant talk to him during gym because my coach will get mad at me and it would look really weird if I got someone to distract the coach for me to go up to him and talk to him. I also can't talk to him during gym because we wait in lines for our goes, well he does, because tumblers wait in line for their turn. So how do I get him to notice me? We made eye contact once and I looked at him and he looked at me. Then later on, we were staring at each other again so i quickly turned away. How can I get him to notice me?
