What are the parts of an IBA OTV?

What are the parts in a IBA ACU OTV? I know that it comes with the main cover, th shoulder parts, the neck part, the side parts, and the groin part. But what is the main cover made of. Is it just a piece of cloth with soft kevlar inserts in it? Or is it like the PASGT vest where it is completely kelvar? Also does the ACU version have the same parts as the woodland version? What about the plate inserts? do they just go into the cover?
