Why are tall women not attractive to men?

I'm tall for a woman and i had no problems getting guys to go on dates with me. But i'm guessing she's quite young (in her teens) and it bothered me when i was younger too being so tall. In high school it was pretty hard being the tallest in the year practically, but now i'm all grown up, i'm usually the same height as most men. My boyfriend is a couple of inches taller then me.
