Why aren't these movies included on Disney's list of 50 animated motion pictures?

I saw a list of 50 Disney animated movies on a DVD of "Tangled". Why didn't it list many full-length, fully-animated motion pictures that were theatrically released by Disney, including "DuckTales The Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp"; "A Goofy Movie"; "Return To Neverland", "The Jungle Book 2", "Tigger Movie", "Hufflelump Movie", "Valiant", and "The Wild"? I know that the list it won't include every made for TV or video sequel, prequel, or spin-off, but all of those movies were released domestically in wide-release theaters. If they're not "Disney full-length, fully animated motion pictures", what are they considered?.
